Phase 2 of Sustain and Build.eu (http://www.sustainandbuild.eu) was launched today by John Gormely TD, Republic of Ireland Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Goverment.
Unveiled and set live at the Ballymascanlon House Hotel, Dundalk, was the Schools and Education section of this cross border funded environmental website.
StreamOn dveloped the software technology, produced video case studies and developed all educational content for this project. Our in-house education specialist developed teacher lesson plans, exercises, interactive quizzes and scripted case study material for Key Stage 2 & 3 pupils on;

Organisations which dedicated their time and resources to assist the filming of case studies included;

The Schools and Education section of the website is available for all teachers, school pupils and members of the public to access, enjoy and learn.

StreamOn designed and developed this web portal offering open access to planning, building and environmental knowledge within the East Border Region of Ireland (cross border body). It facilitates trade and quality development and highlights prime development opportunities. Through the actions of participating enterprises, councils and experts, Sustainandbuild.eu explains in plain terms the legislation and policies regarding development in the region. In addition the site contains up-to-date information about sustainable design and construction methods, best practice, renewable technologies and energy saving techniques.
